Charlie X
Stardate: 1533.6 / Airdate: 09.15.66
The cargo ship Antares transfers Charlie Evans to the Enterprise on his way to Alpha Five Colony. Orphaned fourteen years before, Charlie learned to survive on his own. Or did he? His parents crashed on a world inhabited by legendary beings. When the Antares is destroyed and crew members start vanishing, Kirk realizes Charlie is responsible but has little control over his deadly powers. And Charlie's hurt over rejection by Janice Rand to his advances, places her in a precarious position.
